So I pulled my console apart looking for any printing/numbers on the IDC connectors used in the board. All of mine are blank. I contacted Soundcraft and they were no help, said they no longer had the specs for the ribbon or connectors. I talked to Digi-Key and they said they needed the specs to make the cable. I know they have made the harness for others, but they apparently don't keep a record of it. Do any of you fine Delta users know what the cable/connector specs are? wiz, kcatthedog

Just count the number of contacts you need, the pin distance (either 0.1" or 2mm) and whether you need latches and locating notch. Then you decide if you need gold, silver or plain contacts. You can make your own really easily if you have a vice. Or take a pic of the connectors you need and how long you need it and I'll spec it for you.

i’d follow up with svart, but if you want to buy standard and are nearer Nashville then Carlsbad Springs (Jim), I’d contact Skip at Creation Audio, ex Soundcraft guy.

I was a little concerned because one of the cable companys had a long list of connectors for the 37pin units. It seemed like there was a lot of various options in connectors.

Finally getting around to getting this done. Digikey does stock the parts, there was a little back and forth with their custom department making sure it was the correct connector. I will post the parts once I receive the cable in the next few days.

Got the new cable installed! All my aux sends now work.
IDC connector MSC34A-ND, 89134-0001 Cable - MC34G, connectors spaced 6.5" center to center.
This has to be processed through the custom order dept. They were great to work with. Pricing made it silly to do it my self. 1 day turnaround once I had everything figured out.

Erm, don't you mean "6.5mm" (millimeters) not "6.5" " (inches)?
