"I Just Can't Go On Dying Like This" off his new album is a damn good song. Man I havn't heard a record with strings and a steel guitar like that in a while.
Man what a damn good song. Talk about classic country, that song takes me back to some of the records by Vince Gill and George of the 90's. I understand what sells is what sells, but for me that song made me feel all nice and warm inside. I hope some of these guys will start putting out records like this, all they have to do is do what they've always done and people will buy those records, maybe it won't be the younger culture, but people like me, my father, people that love that music will eventually find it and buy it. Just wanted to give George a shout out for sticking to his roots and not trying to keep up with the Jones'.

It does sound very traditional. I wanted to see him on this upcoming tour but it sold out in a NY second.

I think I'll purchase it just to spite people that say white men my age don't buy music.
