Definitely the outlier. Unemployment in similar jobs is in 50% territory. Every event production company in my state has furloughed 99% of employees. Several just have a combo client contact / warehouse manager / security guard on the payroll.

While I'm not a work for hire freelance engineer, my work load and project deadlines got much heavier during this in an effort to get even more content online to share.
Very much not the normal though. And I'm not making any extra from it. But happy to be at a job that needs me and realizes the importance of what we are doing.

Heavier and busier here too. But since I make my living off royalties, I won't know how it will shake out for another year or so. Could go up due to more media consumption, or could go down due to bottom lines for broadcasters being less. Hard to know. But busier for sure.

I lost most of my income not from music but am randomly getting more stem mastering work. Looking for jobs where I won’t get infected.
