I’ve often wondered but never tried it...guess it’s a by-the-state thing.

I’ve often wondered but never tried it...guess it’s a by-the-state thing. I've bought liquor over the internet. I ordered some green spot years ago but I don't remember anything particularly difficult about it.

Still can’t figure out if I can. Liquorama doesn’t show TN as one of the “no” states, but several other places say they don’t ship to my address.

It's not really a thing in North Carolina, just checked, so you're sort of stuck with whatever is on the shelf at ABC.

*EDIT: since saucey doesn’t seem to work for NC anymore, I found another option called Caskers: www.caskers.com/r/AhQDbl6W/I just placed an order and everything seemed to go through without a hitch. Will keep you posted!

I can order online here in Toronto but the selection is crap.
You guys in the US have a vastly superior number of options. I know it was kinda crap, but I miss Rebel Yell. I sometimes pick up Bulleit if it’s on sale.
Cheers, Geoff

Wine shipments to NC are relatively new again after being banned a long time (was legal early 2000's for a bit), but there's a monthly limit to the fun.

It’s a by state thing on both ends, Seller / distributor must have a tax Stamp to sell in the buyers state. Buyers state must recognize distributor/ seller.

It’s mostly a state tax thing and a major pain in the ass from a sellers point of view. I have also known many producers who like it because it controls demand for their product.

Yeah just confirmed it’s a no go in TN. Bible Belt. Can't even buy in a store on Sunday. One of the several reasons I decided not to move to Nashville. Flew in late on a Saturday, no booze anywhere. Not even the airport.

For NC I believe it's still no beer or liquor before noon on Sunday.
Don't cross that one too often but it is there.

Well, when I was contemplating moving to Nashville and visited in 2016 there were no open places in Nashvile that I could find, nor could my guide/driver/real estate agent.
Bars, yes. Stores, no.

Do y'all have online local ordering and delivery? I can order online and have it delivered the same day. And yes, the home delivery function is since the plandemic. They box everything up in old liquor cases, tape/seal it and drop it to your doorstep and just walk away.
Samesies?
