Right now It’s my favorite as well. I’ve got a 4 bottle stockpile I like it so much. They are definitely doing things right at Old Forrester!

Might have to try the 1920 next. A friend I trust seems to like the 1910 better. Both seem to be a bit better after sitting open for a couple weeks as well. 1920 went from pretty forgettable to a favorite. The 1910 is definitely one of the better 'double oaked' whiskeys in my opinion.

Wow. The 1897 might even be better. Wish I had them side by side.

I had the 1920 last night and sipping the 1910 now. At first tonight I thought the 1920 was my preference. After a little while here I'm starting to think I dunno, maybe I like the 1910?...The proof difference is definitely noticeable. I only have a couple of fingers worth. Just a light and mild buzz. Definitely not trying to get fucked up.

I really enjoyed the 100 proof. I need to work my way up to the 1910.

I really enjoyed the 100 proof. I need to work my way up to the 1910. Think you’re thinking of the 1920. Believe the 1910 is 94 proof. Think my tastes are evolving. Hadn’t had 1910 for a couple of months because I had one i thought was meh. So, i bought another one several weeks ago. Not at all the experience i had the first time i tried it. Most likely because Ive had better bourbons since and just like anything - the more you do it - the more knowledge you have. It’s a good bottle. A little pricey for what you get for $55+. If it were $40 I think it would be a really good buy. Kindve has a banana thing to me - which is weird because it’s like the only one I think that about. I’m finding it kind of short on the palate and less complex than some more established bottles. Like slightly less refined - and it drinks like it’s a higher proof than it is.

It's the entry level. Runs about 23$ a bottle. I don't see the 1910 much in PA for some reason.

Another vote here for the "Prohibition" 1920 bottle. Haven't tried the 1910 yet but holy s**t I love the 1920!

Definitely not trying to get fucked up. I meant to comment back in '20 "Not trying to" but if it happens, it happens? That's like me and Velvet old-fashionds . . . it just happens at the end of a long session, late at night.
