Wonder what’s happened with the KM74 that was sitting unsold at about $900 forever.

Honestly not surprised at the price considering the condition and the accessories they come with. I have 4 KM84s, and there are 2 more at the studio, and I've thought about selling a pair to get some variety but honestly there still isn't a $2000-$2500 SDC I like better.

Yeah, actually, for a pair, not that outrageous in 2022. Original boxes, clips, badges intact, sequential serials. Worth it IMO. I already have 3 though, along with a pair of 86's, and 53's. Don't need any more.

Look at 47's, 87's, 12's, 251's, etc.. They are all pretty much in the same class of usefulness IMO. Find me a pair of vintage 87's or 47's in that condition and let me know how much they are asking. . Pretty much EVERYthing used and decent is catching unbelievable prices at this point in time.
