So for the second time since the Pandemic started, 2020, I find my self looking again for a space to setup shop, and to live!
Was just informed that the property I'm now in, will be put up for sale shortly simply due to the increase in property values due to the pandemic.
GO figure.
So that said, Anybody know of any spots available anywhere?
Right now I'm literally on the border of CT. and NY.
Would like to stay in the area, but open to suggestions, at this point.
Might be open to sharing a space, if we are the same wavelength?
Since I've been doing the one room concept, prefer a large open space for the studio room.
And if that space is attached to a decent sized house, all the better.
I'm too damn old for this crap!

Getting started with the packing, and this will takes at least a few months.
But would love to come over and check out your place, (it looks beautiful by the way) once everything is packed up, and ready to go.ank you.

In the meantime, was wondering if any of you Nashville guys can tell me which areas might be affordable to set up a small one room studio in a house.
Limited funds, but can make anything reasonable happen.
Once I get everything packed up and safely in storage, probably at least 6 weeks or so, I think I'm gonna take a drive to clear my head, and visit some friends...
Have three stops planned, Nashville, Louisiana, and then off to Tampa, to visit mom.
If you guys have any thoughts, please let me know.

Well, we arrived.
In Donelson at the moment and for the next few days, will be headed over to Franklin area Tuesday.
At the moment, checking out possible areas to move, will most likely rent a place for the time being.
If anyone knows about any space, for rent / sale, or a partnership, whatever lem'me know.
