Hey guys, I'm doing a big overhaul on my store (Arienne Audio) where I'm adding popular transformers, mic bodies, enclosures etc so that I can be a one-stop-shop for mic DIY stuff, and I'm thinking of also carrying/being a US distributor for pcb sets, rack gear kits etc, as well as other niche or boutique products where the builder might not want to handle day-to-day shipping to customers. I was having trouble keeping up with capsule orders so just recently rented a warehouse and hired logistics staff and whatnot and I have extra space now. Do any of you make things you'd like me to handle selling for you? transformers, boards, kits, full mics or rack gear, etc. Even competitor capsules, nothing is off the table. Whatever makes getting this stuff easier and more accessible for people without long wait times or shipping from overseas. It'll go up on my site, which has a pretty decent market presence, and my logistics team will handle packing and shipping automagically. We've got preferentially-negotiated rates with fedex now and are IOSS registered, so international shipping should be relatively easy too. We even have a dedicated returns center. Took a while to set up, that's why I kind of went dark for a minute there.

Ari, congratulations on the expansion, I have no products for you but would recommend looking into the required tools. I know they are easy to find, but I don’t know of anyone in DIY audio who is selling the tools specifically dedicated towards the DIY beginner. Also if you are using people for logistics and returns who are not going to be supervised on a day to day basis I suggest setting up a couple of PO Boxes or using friends to check the quality of packing and customer service of your returns. I just received a laptop today from a guy using a fulfillment service, the laptop and dock were in a if it fits box one very thin layer of bubble wrap on one surface with at least a 1/2 air gap. It works, but the problem was there a was what would be a small ashtray full of plastic dust because the 2 pieces ground together as the postal service handled the box. The seller was bragging and bragging about his logistics guys till he saw the pics!

They are familiar with packaging electronics, so I'm not too worried.

Everything went perfectly. everything was packed immaculately according to several customers. The machine shop, however, accidentally tapped some of the saddle mounting holes m1.6 and I did not catch this, so the accessory baggies I packed don't fit the holes. Sometimes, the thing you're worried about works out fine, only for something else completely random to happen...

Don’t feel so bad Ari you don’t know how many times in the last month I have been reminded do buy a screw or nut based on published spec, always wait till it’s in hand and confirm what reality is!

Here are some preview screenshots of the new storefront, for those interested. I haven't done web design in years!
