NI is having a sale and are offering Guitar Rig 5 for free with the purchase, and I'm in the market for a new interface, is anyone aware of any issues with this? I run Reaper 32 and 64 bit.

I actually use a Komplete Audio 6 right now, temporarily. I use it mainly to get SPDIF out to my dbox from my iMac so I can monitor properly. The driver/software side of things is lacking, compared to anything from RME or Apogee, for example, but for a couple hundred bucks the Komplete Audio 6 is a good buy. I'll be replacing soon with a much more sophisticated, larger, professional solution, but for the time being and for its limited purpose, the Komplete audio 6 does its job.

A couple hundred is my budget, and my other choice which is cheaper is the MAYA XTE44 PCIe card.
