How’s it wired? I usually go three way between the neck and bridge. Put the middle on it’s own volume to blend into the other combos and have a master tone

How do you describe P90 pickups? How do they differ from Single coils and humbuckers? Are bridge P90 better then neck P90's? P90's are not something I have ever really used in my 30 x years of playing .

I would describe them as mid forward (some can get a bit nasally) sometimes aggressively so, and.can also be somewhat noisy, especially at high gain settings. But they can be glorious, think Live at Leeds, early Santana etc. So good for driven rock, but think of all the early jazz boxes that used them. So definitely not one trick ponies.

Cool I think the old standard Gibson three pickup wiring was 1) Neck 2) Middle and bridge w/ middle out of phase And 3) bridge. Vol and tone for neck and bridge only.
