I really like Jennifer's voice. She has wound up being one of the better vocalists in the contemporary R&B scene. I think it's interesting to see her go a little more "neighborhood" with this track and video. I like the song a lot, not as annoying as most of Timbaland's productions and has a little Jill Scott feel to it, although not as sophisticated. The vocal production is strong however.
