I don't get it. Why is this $100k? For $100k, you could find a way to get in contact with Jimmy Page and buy a guitar from his actual personal collection rather than this modern version.

Yeah, it seems outlandish that a replica would be priced so high. Someone must think that there is a well-heeled collector out there who doesn't care about money and the cost of things. But the guitar is sensational, as aged LPs go. One of the best I have ever seen.

I played old Les Pauls when they were new and cheap. I now play an Epiphone Les Paul, the best out of the 6 I've owned over the last 40+ years. That includes standards, customs and specials.
Nostalgia ain't what it used to be....
