I hear a lot about this thing, but only seemingly on one website. I wonder if it's worth trying?
I have a lot of really good pedals I just wonder if this one could compete with them or kick something off my pedalboard.
The pedal is handmade by Paul Cochrane in small numbers, I believe.
It just seems quite different from a Tube Screamer, Klon, OCD, or whatever, which makes me curious but also cautious.
Or you could just tell me what your favorite overdrive/boost type pedals are.

It's good! A lot of the popular low gain overdrive pedals (Greer Lightspeed, Klones, Timmy, Earth Drive, others) sort of blend together to me so it think it's best to try them out with your amp. Personally I've come to really like the Bearfoot SYOD3 because it has two different voicing. 1 sounds good with my Swart and 6V6/6L6 amps and 2 sounds good with EL84s.

It's pretty cool sounding.
My main OD is currently a Klon KTR modded by JHS. I used a silver Klon Centaur for over ten years prior, and I prefer this new modded unit a bit.
I just haven't found an OD that I like better but the KLON stuff just seems to keep things sounding like my original amps with a bit more oomph. =P
