I have a 1976 stingray that need electronic repair no one around here I trust that I know of so can someone point me to a repair guy in Oklahoma , Kansas City, Dallas , area or last resort Nashville this is a special bass to me it was owned by Carl Radle l so I want it done right Thanks

Well thank goodness nobody ripped out the active electronics yet. A lot of guys did that to make them sound more 'Fendery'. <facepalm>

This bass will stay stock till I die lol Radle was my hero when I started he was local so I could always see him playing around town when not with Clapton . I just liked the simple way he played no flash no hype just in the pocket But that's why I want it done right

I've repaired/reworked those here for decades. I use a much better opamp (Linear Tech) better caps, etc. I also have better designed preamps, 2 band EQ, 3 band, etc. I've done those since the early 1970's and they can be heard on McLaughlin's stuff and all of Frank Zappa's stuff.
