Look at the price!! YIKES!! The Keeley 4-Knob and Jangle Box units work great for half or less than half of that.

The JHS Neve box is only slightly cheaper. I'm confused how they cost THAT much more than almost every other pedal sans vintage spec. Are they trying to protect the 500 series stuff's price justification?

I guess it depends on what you're comparing it to. For a rack-mount channel strip with instrument-in, 3-band eq, compressor, and with both a balanced out and an instrument-level out, $579 would be almost laughably cheap. Lots of DI's with no EQ or compression are over $1000, so I don't find $579 outlandish, depending on quality of course.

It certainly is expensive, I'll give it that.
I've always dreamed about cramming a 2520 inside a guitar pedal, I'm glad somebody finally did it.
