What's the impedance of that Hi Z input? I noticed a big difference (for the better I think) going to something like a Countryman type 85, which has a 10 Mohm impedance. I have no idea if its 10 Mohm I have a DI box with 65 kOhm are you sure with the 10 Mohms? Yeah, just double checked on their website. I'm more into high gain, so it may not be what you are looking for. Something to try anyway. |

I'm using the CAPI 312. I notice it sounds a little darker going through the op amp - which is a good thing.
