Designed to be able to emulate the best three eras of Marshall Amplifiers, Mike Zaite has released the EMS. I have not had time to play around with one yet, but have listened to the demos you will find in the link below. Sounds legit to me! And much cheaper than a Metroplex. The clean and hairy tones with the Tele are REALLY convincing! Anyhow... have a look for yourselves. Nice! The guys a jukebox lol. Gotta say I think a clean Tele needs a Fender amp ala Chuck Prophet 1V. Liked the Strat through it tho'. Couldn't love the LP sound for some reason ...

Wow - nice, and build quality is unmatched. Just got my 2nd Z - a used Maz Jr. and together with a Fender, it's a great combination of 6V6/6L6 and EL84...

Sounds lovely clean. That's key for me. It's a crowded market. The funny thing is--with the Tele, still sounds like a Z. Which isn't bad...I'm just saying, with the Jackson Ampworks Britain and El Guapo....the Metropoulis stuff....Suhr....more authentic. This sounds like a Z like all Freidman's boxes have a signature sound. Neither are a bad thing....but, they seem one step removed from traditional brit tone....
