Damn, $30 for Oxford EQ. I'm pretty tempted to buy it without even demoing it.

I really like Slick EQ, but I'd look at Oxford differently. I'm one of the few who doesn't own Fabfilter. I'm interested to see answers to your question.

I'm interested to see answers to your question. In that case, it sounds like a steal then I have Fabfilter and the iZotope and IK digital EQs (bundles), not to mention Pultec VSTs and various channel strip/console emus. Slick EQ is the one I still turn to first because I know the shelves and bells really well and can solve problems quickly there. Fabfilter 3 gets saved for more intricate unmasking cuts and/or multiple cuts within a smaller area.

Is Pure Unmask a gate/ducking thing I could use on kick and snare? No - it's an unmasking thing...I use it for stuff like Kick and Bass. I'll send a sidechain of the kick to the unmask plugin on the bass, it then dynamically EQ's the portion of the bass that interferes with the kick frequencies. Also use it on other instruments to duck out say a little EG frequencies when they're covering vocals. Or B3, etc. Very cool, sounds useful!

Lol…as I talk about having too many channel strips, this one does indeed look fun. Between this and Fuse…that’s how they get you.

I bought it even though I don't need it at all lol. But the sound is cool, I like the color/drive. This plugin is far from transparent and can't be used everywhere but I really like the sound you can get quickly. Thanks for sharing!

The GML MDWDRC2-Native I want want is 25% off.
It's gone from really flippin' expensive to just very expensive.
Mmmh .... I think I'd rather put the money to a BU67 which is on sale at the mo in the UK.

They're both top notch, especially for Black Friday prices. GE is made for really quick track work, with 3 bands and some high quality saturation options. Mastering has more bands (and filter slopes) but they're deliberately limited to wide Qs and 8db boost/cut to encourage more gentle shaping.

I often use TDR VOS SlickEQ GE to shape up individual tracks, whereas TDR SlickEQ M is always on my master buss for more subtle duties (their Smart Ops functions can be surprisingly good too).
As bossanova says, they each excel at different things, but if I only had one it would probably have to be the more often used SlickEQ GE across various individual tracks.
